DJ Aghils

Since the early ’90s Achille Caifa aka DJ AGHILS plays his vinyls chasing the essence of black music; focusing on mixing and scratching, he represents the old school Hip Hop scene where he comes from.
He graduated in classical trumpet at “B. Marcello” Conservatory in Venice, then in jazz drums at “L. Campiani” Conservatory in Mantua.
In the meantime he hosted a local radio show, and started the band “Ignoranska”, recording 2 albums with them as singer, musician and producer.
He writes lyrics, produces Rap and Breakbeat beats.
His dj set musical proposal ranges from early ’70s FUNK, early ’90s RAP, reggae and roots sound.
His collaborations with many italian and international artists, his radiophonic collaborations and, above all, his countless performances converged in his project FATTANZA BLU: dj set, ambient and visual art cured by YOLOCO staff.
In 2008 the mixtape “All Right Riserva vol%1” is published.
In 2018 founds with his associate Lorenzo Tomelleri the record company “All Right Riserva Recordz”. He is the company producer.
In 2021 the single “12 pollici” is published.
